Instead of the commonly available machine transcriptions that try to recognize and transcribe individual syllables, it considers the text as an entity and thus perceives the overall context of the text.

For every speaker

We are listening to what the speaker really wanted to say. We'll leave out all the exaggerations, the coughing, the sniffling. We'll also throw out all the nasty words like, uh, uh, ah, ah, ehmmm...

Text and subtitles

For each audiovisual file, you get two outputs: a plain text file and a .srt file with pre-prepared subtitles. It's up to you whether you use the transcript, the subtitles for the video, or both.

Sending a file for conversion is easy. The first step is just to drag it into the application window

The file is encrypted directly in your browser and stored securely on protected storage where no one can access it

The last point is the choice of conversion parameters. You choose the desired language and the processing priority, and you have an overview of the final price before starting the conversion.

After the conversion, which is very fast, you can download the converted text as a separate document or as a .srt file with subtitles.

Our goal was to keep the prices very low, so that even for really long videos you can pay a price in the tens of crowns. So compared to a regular employee, you can reduce your transcription prices to a fraction of the current price.

Moreover, you can further influence the price depending on the speed with which you need to get the result. If you take your time, you save money. If you want to get ahead of the others, you just need to pay a little extra. The decision is up to you.

Answers to your most frequently asked questions

We support most current audiovisual files - basically any video or audio your computer can play, Venlan AI Transcriber can convert to text. That is, with the exception of the DSS format used by some older dictation machines - we're working hard to support that.

You don't have to, we only work with audio. Thus, if you upload only the audio track instead of the video, you will significantly reduce the upload time and get your translation faster.

It depends on your rate, but generally speaking, we can convert a half-hour video to text and create subtitles in about ten to twelve minutes. That's pretty good, right? However, the time it takes for a video to be listed for processing can vary depending on the current load on our conversion servers - but by the time it gets to the line, there's nothing stopping it.

No, everything is encrypted and no one can access the production data, not even our administrators. You really have nothing to worry about.

If you can, export only the speech from your video without any other effects - background music, frequent applause or noises that reduce clarity can be a hindrance.
